AISURU is an essay-based dating app. You write five short essays about who you are — your ideal Tuesday, your beliefs, how you love, your ambitions, and how you've grown. Our AI analyzes each essay across four dimensions (lifestyle, emotional depth, values, and productive differences) and scores your compatibility against other users in your area.
Matches are delivered once per day, typically in the morning. You'll see new matches appear on the Matches tab — there's no swiping, and no endless scrolling.
Only people you've been matched with can read your essays, and vice versa. Free users see a short essay teaser from each match. AISURU+ members can read the full essays for all of their matches.
Your essays are never sold, licensed, or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Your AISURU+ subscription is billed through the Apple App Store. You can cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of the current billing period, then automatically ends.
To cancel on iOS:
If you can't find the subscription under your Apple ID, make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID that was used for the purchase.
Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple directly. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can delete your AISURU account at any time from within the app:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All of your essays, photos, matches, and messages will be removed from our systems. If you have an active AISURU+ subscription, you'll need to cancel it separately through Apple (see above) — deleting your account does not cancel the subscription on Apple's side.
A few things can affect this:
Once you finalize your essays, they're locked in for scoring. If you need to edit them, contact support via the chat icon and we'll help — but note that re-finalized essays will re-run scoring, which may change your matches.
On any match profile, tap the menu and choose Report. For bugs, use the chat icon below and include a short description plus a screenshot if you can.
