Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AISURU, operated by Avant Concepts LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AISURU. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile or essays
• Use AI-generated content to write your essays on your behalf
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the essays, photos, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant AISURU a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the service. We do not sell or license your content to third parties.

5. AI Matching

Our matching algorithm uses AI to analyze your essays and generate compatibility scores. Match results are suggestions — we make no guarantees about the accuracy, suitability, or outcome of any match. You are solely responsible for your own interactions with other users.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

AISURU offers a free tier and a paid AISURU+ subscription at $30/month with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple in-app purchases in the iOS app. You may cancel at any time through the iOS App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard policies.

7. Disclaimers

AISURU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular match will result in a relationship. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avant Concepts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AISURU, including but not limited to damages arising from interactions with other users.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of AISURU after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
